Transformative Core Coaching
Effective Date: October 10th, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Transformative Core Coaching (“we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your purchase and participation in any services, sessions, workshops, or reports (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, booking, or engaging in any Service, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Transformative Core Coaching provides Human Design–based and other transformational coaching, workshops, and written reports for personal and professional development.

All Services are informational and educational in nature. They are not intended as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional care in those areas.

2. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Our work together offers tools and insights for awareness and growth, but your progress and outcomes depend on your own integration and choices.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are capable of making your own decisions and agree not to hold Transformative Core Coaching liable for results or outcomes.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing a Service, including but not limited to birth details for Human Design Reports. Reports and session insights are based entirely on the data you provide. We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information.

4. Delivery and Scheduling

Reports are delivered via email as PDF documents within the timeframe stated at purchase.

Private Sessions and Coaching are conducted virtually (video or audio) or in another agreed format. Session links and access details will be sent via email after booking.

Workshops and Group Experiences may be hosted live or pre-recorded, with access details provided prior to the event.

If a session or workshop needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, both parties agree to communicate promptly to arrange a new time.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All Services are non-refundable.
Because our work is customized and time-based, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be issued once payment is made.

Reports: No refunds or edits are available once a Report has been delivered.

Private Sessions & Coaching: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

Workshops/Events: If you cannot attend a live event, recordings may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

6. Use and Redistribution

All Reports, session materials, and workshop content are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

If purchased for another individual (e.g., partner, child, family member, or team member), the content may be shared only with that person.

You may not reproduce, publish, sell, or distribute any material without prior written consent from Transformative Core Coaching.

7. Intellectual Property

All written materials, session outlines, digital resources, and recorded content remain the intellectual property of Transformative Core Coaching. Purchase or participation does not grant you ownership or license to use these materials beyond personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your personal information, including birth data and session notes, is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver your Service. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

If a session is recorded (for your reference), it will only be done with your consent and securely shared with you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

While every effort is made to provide accurate and meaningful insight, results vary for each individual.
All Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, business or personal results, or emotional well-being.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transformative Core Coaching and its representatives are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or connected to your use of the Services, including interpretations, actions taken, or decisions made based on the information provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
